The turkeys are reared in the countryside with plenty of space, fresh air and sunlight. They are slow growing breeds, grown to maturity over several months and are fed on their home grown cereals with no added growth promoters. The birds are then prepared on the farm where the birds are dry plucked by hand and carefully stored under refrigeration for at least 7-10 days. All these factors ensure your Christmas turkey has excellent flavour and texture.
